Michael Lalezarian MD

Michael Lalezarian, MD

Dr. Lalezarian is a double-board certified Interventional Radiologist, who specializes in state of the art, minimally invasive endovascular revascularization for the treatment of peripheral arterial disease.

He received his medical degree from David Geffen School of Medicine UCLA, where he was inducted in the Alpha Omega Alpha honor society for finishing at the top of his UCLA Medical School class, and continues to maintain the highest accolades in his post-training career.

Dr. Adel Aitali

Dr. Adel Aitali

Dr. Aitali is a foot and ankle specialists who treats foot, ankle, and leg conditions. He is a graduate of UC Davis where he earned a degree in Exercise Science with an emphasis on the study of human movement.

He earned his Doctoral degree from Western University of Health Sciences where he graduated with high honors. He completed his Podiatric Medicine and Surgery residency at Cedars Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. He specializes in Trauma and reconstructive surgery, as well as limb salvage and wound care.

Chauhan is a Nurse Practitioner Specialist in Sacramento, California for Vascular Institute Northern California. She graduated with honors in 2015 from UCLA.

Chauhan has over 6 years of diverse experiences primarily specializing in Nurse Practitioner. She is an amazing asset to the Vascular Institute team!

Murthy ChamarthyMD

Murthy Chamarthy, MD

Dr. Chamarthy is a board-certified Interventional Radiologist at Vascular Institute of North Texas. He specializes in minimally invasive endovascular revascularization for the treatment of peripheral vascular disease.

He received his medical degree from Rangaraya Medical College in 2002 and completed his residency at Bridgeport Hospital. Chamarthy has been in practice for over 17 years and brings an unmeasurable amount of expertise to Vascular Institute.

Katiaryna--Kulinich

Katiaryna Kulinich, NP

Kulinich is nationally certified Acute Geriatric Nurse Practitioner with more than 8 years of clinical experience in cardiovascular and vascular patient’s care. She received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University in Arlington Texas in 2017, a Master of Science of Nursing in 2020. She is an active member American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the American Nurse Association.

Katiaryna’s approach to patient care focuses on open lines of communication, preventative care, and management of complex vascular conditions in efforts to improve patient’s quality of life.

Angela-Ngo

Angela Ngo, NP

Ngo is a Nurse Practioner in Northern Texas for Vascular Institute. She received her Master’s degree in Nursing from the University of Texas, Arlington before moving onto become a part of the Vascular Institute team.

Ngo has extensive vascular experience and brings great value to Vascular Institute.

Mehrzad ZarghouniMD

Mehrzad Zarghouni, MD

Dr. Zarghouni is a board-certified Vascular & Interventional Radiologist at Vascular Institute of Houston. He specializes in minimally invasive endovascular revascularization for the treatment of peripheral vascular disease.

He received his medical degree from Texas A&M University, completed his residency at Baylor University Medical Center and completed his fellowship at New York University Langone Medical Center. Dr. Zarghouni has been nominated by his peers for the Houstonia magazine’s Top Doctor list for the past 3 years and brings an immeasurable amount of expertise to Vascular Institute.
