Dr. Inder Singh M.D., M.S.
Dr. Singh is the Medical Director of the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory & Structural Heart Disease at Adventist Health Heart & Vascular Institute and also currently serves as Associate Clinical Professor of Cardiology at California Northstate University College of Medicine in Sacramento. Additionally, he is a consultant/attending Interventional Cardiologist at Dignity Heart & Vascular Institute in Sacramento. After completing his medical degree, Dr. Singh undertook his Residency training at the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio and completed his Interventional CardioVascular Fellowship training at the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota; with a special focus on Endovascular interventions. In addition, to comprehensive cardiac care he offers a full spectrum of endovascular care, with expertise in both arterial disease or PAD and venous disease or CVI. Specifically, he has expertise in complex coronary interventions, atherectomy (coronary/peripheral), TAVR, PFO/ASD closure, and radial access procedures.

Claudia Macias, NP
Claudia Macias is a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner specialized in vascular and geriatric care. She graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2007 and spent 10 years as a nurse.
During her nursing career, she was awarded with a most prestigious recognition of Excellence in Nursing due to her ongoing drive to provide the best holistic patient care. Claudia has dedicated her professional life practicing in many settings including acute care, outpatient services and case management.
Claudia received her Master’s in Science of Nursing, graduating from Walden University in 2019 as an Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner.
Due to her extensive experience in the medical field, Claudia Macias is able to relate to her patients’ circumstances and barriers, always allowing them to collaborate in their plan of care.

Murthy Chamarthy, MD
Dr. Chamarthy is a board-certified Interventional Radiologist at Vascular Institute of North Texas. He specializes in minimally invasive endovascular revascularization for the treatment of peripheral vascular disease.
He received his medical degree from Rangaraya Medical College in 2002 and completed his residency at Bridgeport Hospital. Chamarthy has been in practice for over 17 years and brings an unmeasurable amount of expertise to Vascular Institute.

Johna Jones, DO FACOS
Dr. Johnna Jones is a vascular surgeon located in Fort Worth, TX and has been in practice for more than 20 years. She graduated from Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1996.

Katiaryna Kulinich, NP
Kulinich is nationally certified Acute Geriatric Nurse Practitioner with more than 8 years of clinical experience in cardiovascular and vascular patient’s care. She received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University in Arlington Texas in 2017, a Master of Science of Nursing in 2020. She is an active member American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the American Nurse Association.
Katiaryna’s approach to patient care focuses on open lines of communication, preventative care, and management of complex vascular conditions in efforts to improve patient’s quality of life.

Mehrzad Zarghouni, MD
Dr. Zarghouni is a board-certified Vascular & Interventional Radiologist at Vascular Institute of Houston. He specializes in minimally invasive endovascular revascularization for the treatment of peripheral vascular disease.
He received his medical degree from Texas A&M University, completed his residency at Baylor University Medical Center and completed his fellowship at New York University Langone Medical Center. Dr. Zarghouni has been nominated by his peers for the Houstonia magazine’s Top Doctor list for the past 3 years and brings an immeasurable amount of expertise to Vascular Institute.
